Heidi Carlston has been working for Christa McAuliffe Academy School of Arts and Sciences (CMASAS) since 2019. Prior to CMASAS she worked for Clark County School District for two years as a 5th grade teacher and a reading specialist. Heidi is currently working as a Personal Education Coach (PEC), Course Instructor (CI) and Professional Development Lead for CMASAS. Heidi’s biggest accomplishment is being a wife and mother to five children, ranging from eight to 20 years old. Heidi loves the outdoors, running, skiing, hiking, traveling, and boating with her family. CMASAS has been a wonderful outlet for her to be home with her children and still enjoy the diversity of working with many young minds.
