Prepare for Honors, AP, and Dual Enrollment 

Middle School students can start thinking about their plans for college or career! CMASAS prepares students for higher learning by offering a host of high school honors courses, more than 14 Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and more than 60 college-level dual enrollment courses through Arizona State University, so students can earn high school and college credits simultaneously. Many CMASAS graduates attend top-tier colleges and universities around the globe.

 
 

Core Subjects

Language Arts: Comprehensive language arts curriculum focusing on reading, writing, and communication skills. 
Mathematics: Courses range from basic arithmetic to advanced topics, ensuring mastery of key mathematical concepts. 
Science: Explore life sciences, physical sciences, and earth sciences, with a focus on hands-on learning and scientific inquiry. (6th Grade - Earth Science or Comprehensive Science; 7th Grade - Life Science; 8th Grade - Physical Science) 
Social Studies: Study history, geography, and civics to understand the world and its cultures. (6th Grade - Ancient World History and Geography; 7th Grade - Civics; 8th Grade - U.S. History.

 
 

STEAM and Electives

CMASAS provides a full range of:  STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) courses including science classes with physical labs; CTE (career technical education) courses, VAPA (visual and performing arts) classes including music, history, design, drawing, and digital arts.
